Your mission

Empower and retain an exceptionally impactful team

What you will do

• Run day-to day operations

  • Address employee HR questions with empathy and care

  • Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows

  • Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational efficiency, and cost efficiency

• Support cyclical programs

  • Design and execute engagement survey

  • Design and execute performance cycle

• 3-6 years of experience in people operations

• People fundamentals

  • Leads with trust & empathy when interfacing with employees

  • Understands HR topics: benefits, record management/systems, leaves of absence, and payroll

  • Has baseline data analytics skills (e.g., calculating engagement, attrition, turnover)

  • Administers systems with strong record-keeping, documentation, and punctuality

• Problem solving

  • Asks the right questions to get to root cause

  • Able to be resourceful with limited knowledge or context

  • Comfortable being scrappy and getting to an MVP

• People value alignment

  • Has value alignment on working in a high-performance culture, high level of transparency, fairness vs. pragmatism

The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
