Provenance Blockchain is a public, decentralized proof-of-stake blockchain built specifically for financial services. Figure has pioneered adoption of Provenance Blockchain and today a number of banks, funds, asset originators and other institutions use Provenance Blockchain in the lending, payments and marketplace verticals. The Provenance Blockchain Foundation works with multiple institutions, organizations, and blockchain advocates that seek to utilize and adopt blockchain technology. Adoption of Provenance Blockchain is a primary growth strategy and the Provenance Blockchain Foundation is expecting a significant number of 3rd party developers.

Provenance Blockchain is seeking a Director of Onboarding & Adoption to serve as the first point of contact for new clients and 3rd party development team technical support. Success in this role is measured by the capacity to effectively and efficiently onboard, manage, and support clients and 3rd party developers as they integrate and adopt the Provenance Blockchain into their environments. Activities include support system triage, escalation, and tracking. Communicating with 3rd parties in an open forum such as Discord and Slack, developing educational documentation, and effectively communicating with the core Provenance blockchain development teams is essential. Build, lead, and manage a Provenance Blockchain Foundation onboarding & adoption team.

Key responsibilities:

• Effective communication with external 3rd party organizations, institutions, and developers.
• Serve as a first point of contact for technical assistance.
• Providing technical support for new clients and escalating to the Provenance Blockchain core development teams as necessary.
• Manage, create, and track support requests.
• Community manager responsibilities for our public Discord server and Slack channels.
• Develop educational documentation, videos, and hands-on sessions to assist with Provenance Blockchain education.
• Understand and communicate the value of the Provenance Blockchain to developers at all levels, from entry-level blockchain developers to financial services industry-specific talent.
• Harness the power of the Provenance Blockchain ecosystem to create a community of developers that help one another build on the chain.
• Work with the Provenance Blockchain core development tech team to understand what tooling is currently available for 3rd parties to leverage.
• Partner with the Provenance VP of Business Development to prioritize developer projects with highest impact for target financial institutions and fintech users to further increase the value of Provenance Blockchain for participants.
• Effective leadership and management skills to build, guide, and promote an onboarding & adoption team.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant understanding of blockchain technology and how to engage 3rd party developers to get them to participate.
• A market-driven individual who understands how to utilize social, PR, communication apps and community management platforms to engage with our existing community and the development communities we want to reach.
• Demonstrates an ability to problem solve, sometimes on the fly, to make things work for our partners.
• 2-5+ years total in community management, development communities, or project management.
• Unending desire to learn and improve with a finger on the pulse of what is happening in blockchain, crypto, financial services and AI.
• Community focused, creative, and collaborative to identify and deliver significant growth with developer communities.
• Structured problem solver, who is data and analysis-driven in business decisions.
• Incredibly responsive and solution-oriented.
• Proven team building, leadership, and culture driver experience.
