A Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for understanding customer and market needs; designing and developing world-class solutions based on those requirements. We need an expert in Fintech. A high-achieving and goal-oriented individual who will enable Nitra to deliver on an ambitious roadmap of innovative products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with legal, compliance, design, research, engineering, and operations to develop and launch industry-specific software
- Delight customers by creating easy to use software and credit solutions that free up their time and resources
- Work with engineering to strengthen critical services and ensure we are building to scale
- Work with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure customers are excited to adopt new products and services as they become available
- Clearly articulate your vision to a wide variety of stakeholders and push the boundaries of what’s possible
You have...
- 6+ years of end-to-end project management experience with a Fintech product
- Deep understanding of banking and payments and experience Working with banking/payments APIs
- A passion for user centered design and development
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage conflicting priorities, and drive results with creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – A strong communicator with the ability to effectively interact with technical and sales teams to The ability to clearly articulate strategic product decisions and tie them to tactical tasks
- Experience with analytics tools (SQL, looker, tableau, etc.)
- Experience utilizing Jira, Asana or similar team-based project management software and Agile methodologies
- A track record of establishing KPIs and measuring performance of releases against them
- Shown you are adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks. You are Diligent, thoughtful, and detail-oriented
- The ability to see challenges as opportunities to level up. High-achieving and goal-oriented. A self-starter, you are always able to understand the bigger picture, and take a leading role to impact it
