Copywriter

Bitcoin Depot (bitcoindepot.com) is the world’s leading cryptocurrency ATM network. Based in Atlanta, GA, our business and our teams are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Copywriter to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses™.

The ideal Copywriter will be that unicorn that’s great at copywriting and multitasking. The successful candidate will be able to deliver a killer portfolio of past short form copy for signage, social media, ads, presentations, etc. This person will report to the Sr. Creative Manager and will be responsible for producing copy for multiple Bitcoin Depot external and internal projects.

If you consider yourself a seasoned copywriting pro who has the skills and an incredible work ethic, perhaps this rare opportunity is for you. But I warn you, we’re looking for all-stars, not the average.

This full-time position will work in our Atlanta office.

The successful candidate must have...

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, integrated communication or a related field
• 3-5 years of related experience in a fast pace working environment (i.e. agencies)
• A killer portfolio of copywriting and storytelling
• Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)
• An incredible eye for detail and a “flawless execution always” attitude

And it would be a big plus if you had any of these…

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack

Position responsibilities:

• Draft on-strategy copy for store signage, social media posts, radio scripts, ads, presentation, etc.
• Work closely with the Sr. Creative Manager and graphic designers to pair copy with graphics
• Contribute to the horsepower of our Creative team
• Be the subject matter expert for all things short form copy related for the entire company
• Work with Marketing leadership to set project deadlines and content goals
• Adhere to creative department and brand standards throughout the Bitcoin Depot organization
• Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization
