Job Description:
At Coinscope, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and responsible account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a good understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.

Objectives:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Respond to customer queries accurately and quickly
  • Work with the founders to set KPIs and ensure that they are being met weekly
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Responsibilities:

  • Handle our main social account inbound queries (We mainly work on Telegram)
  • Address the needs of our customers and respond to their questions
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Handle operational tasks as required by the clients and the business
  • Communicate client requests to our engineers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise between customers' queries effectively
  • Fast-typing skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram and Slack

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Past experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the crypto industry and communities
