Tasks

  • Manage all inbound and outbound interest effectively and answer business and tech-related questions from new and existing clients via phone and email
  • Present the Tangany Custody Suite online and offline to new clients
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, by qualifying and prioritizing leads effectively and intelligently
  • Create RFPs, contract agreements, sales content and negotiate with global clients
  • Manage a complete sales cycle and maintain close relationships with clients during the delivery phase with clients and acting as relationship responsible throughout the client relationship
  • Identify client needs and work closely with the product management team to improve the Tangany Custody Suite
  • Collaborate with the whole Tangany team and our partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Technology, Business Administration/Finance or relevant and sufficient practical experience
  • You have 3+ years (for senior position) of relevant experience in sales, tech-sales and/or key account management in the finance/fintech or blockchain industry
  • You have a strong in-person on-camera/call presence and can speak confidently and convincingly about complex tech & financial topics in a compelling and engaging way
  • You are very familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms for client management and forecasting
  • You are a competitive self-starter with passion for learning about new technology and the ability to roll up your sleeves
  • Technical understanding of financial products and the blockchain / crypto custody market is a plus
  • Fluency in German and/or English (preferable both)
  • Occasional stay in Munich (at our office)

What does an account manager do?
