Job Description:
At Coinscope, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and responsible account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a good understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
Objectives:
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Respond to customer queries accurately and quickly
- Work with the founders to set KPIs and ensure that they are being met weekly
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities:
- Handle our main social account inbound queries (We mainly work on Telegram)
- Address the needs of our customers and respond to their questions
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Handle operational tasks as required by the clients and the business
- Communicate client requests to our engineers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise between customers' queries effectively
- Fast-typing skills
- Familiarity with Telegram and Slack
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Past experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the crypto industry and communities
