This role will start from a 6-month contract and potentially be renewed or converted to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for payroll related transactions
• Coordinates with payroll processing vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, bonus and other reimbursements
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
• Assist with reviewing month end close report
• Work closely with HR team on the payroll matters
• Other tasks delegated by the management
• Support the other team members
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting/financial systems

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a must
• Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP, Certified Public Accountant is a plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience at relevant positions
• Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting, financial reporting, and finance management
• Fluent writing and speaking in English and Mandarin, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
• Honest and professional work ethic, ability to handle highly confidential information with an appropriate level of discretion
• A team player, able to work under pressure
