We are looking for an experienced Head of Product/Product Director to help shape the future of our game services and form and lead a team across our blockchain and NFT gaming universe.

This position is open to qualified individuals anywhere in North America and Asia where CHIBI CLASH operates as an employer. Relocation to Vancouver is an option for suitable candidates.

You are passionate about games - are inspired by playing them and are always thinking about how they can improve.

What you will do......

• Be an expert in current and new trends in the blockchain game and NFT game landscape, knowledgeable of why the latest games are succeeding or failing
• Provide the voice of the product in meetings and internal/external communication
• Establish KPIs to measure player base health and business performance throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Work with creative and production to develop game features and content releases to reach those goals
• Lead forecasting efforts and business reviews
• Work with partners to improve our technology towards improved time-to-player and long-term sustainability
• Create and balance models for virtual economies and monetization
• Determine the research strategy to ensure product decisions are data-informed and meet user and community needs
• Coordinate across the company to make sure that product requirements incorporate inputs from several partners including finance, marketing, community management, customer support, security, and positive play
• Hire and develop talent within the Product Management discipline
• Indirectly manage our Insights' needs with partner teams including User research, Data analytics, and Consumer insights

About you......

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of leadership in product
• Built and managed product or data teams at scale
• You have experience developing games on PC and mobile (NFT/Blockchain is a big plus)
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams, guiding multi-disciplines to achieve a core goal.
• You know the importance of listening to player needs because you are a player too
• You can synthesize complex problems into more simplified solutions while communicating effectively and transparently with fellow teammates and stakeholders
• You have superior time management traits with a flexible schedule to work remotely on your own while keeping pace with an international team across different time zones.
