RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.
RECUR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Payments team full time. This person will organize, prioritize, and lead a stream of work with Engineering and Design. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will work with some of the largest brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.
What you will do at RECUR
- Work closely with cross functional partners and other product and engineering leads to identify and build Payments capabilities
- Define and execute on product delivery, analysis, and prioritization in collaboration with our engineering, product design, and analyst teams
- Be the subject matter expert in all things payments and transactions
- Evaluate the impact and effort of new product ideas and changes to the platform
- Create thoroughly researched and scoped PRDs that serve as the reference for developers, designers, and product marketers to build from
- Support other product managers, analysts, and designers with their workloads
What you bring to RECUR
- 6+ years of Product Management experience managing technical software products
- 3+ years of experience in payments, risk management and/or marketplace platform projects
- Subject matter expertise in technologies and different payment integrations required to bring payments solutions to market, at scale and globally
- Strong attention to detail which you use to lead the product development lifecycle end-to-end from feature conception to product delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to distill complex concepts down to clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Able to excel within a growth-stage startup environment and comfortably navigate uncertainty
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data and data tools (SQL is a big plus)
