We’re building Sandglass, the first pool-based yield trading protocol on Solana. It splits yield-bearing tokens into their principal and yield components and enables each to be traded separately. Sandglass is to yield what spot AMMs are to price.

We’re seeking backend engineers to join the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deep-dive into the world of yield trading to design, build, test, and maintain a decentralized yield trading platform
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with team members to build a leading DEX
  • Proactively engage in identifying problems, optimizing bottlenecks, and fixing bugs

You are expected to:

  • Demonstrate ownership of the project and actively develop cutting-edge features
  • Have 2+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in Rust and blockchain software
  • Build user-centric systems with high security standards
  • Work remotely in a responsible manner in a startup environment
  • Be excited about Sandglass, Solana, and the future of decentralized finance

You’ll get:

  • A competitive salary
  • To work fully remotely with flexible working hours
  • To build the future of finance

To apply:

Submit an application to [email protected]. Be sure to include your resume/CV and let us know why you're interested in working at Sandglass.
