As a Business Operations Manager at Flipster

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Operations Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and influencer engagement in the Vietnam cryptocurrency market. This remote position is ideal for a visionary professional fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly in derivatives trading. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in crypto exchange operations, a keen insight into local regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities include developing key partnerships, engaging with influencers, analyzing market trends and regulations, and collaborating across functions to drive growth and innovation. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, leveraging your expertise to influence the crypto landscape in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with token projects and other strategic stakeholders in the Vietnam cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will be instrumental in creating synergistic relationships that enhance our offerings and expand our market presence.
• Influencer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Vietnam's key opinion leaders, influencers, and thought leaders within the crypto and blockchain communities. Your goal will be to build a network of advocates that can amplify our brand and drive adoption of our platform.
• Market Intelligence and Regulation Insight: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and local crypto regulations in Vietnam. Use this insight to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies that support our business objectives and comply with Vietnamese regulations.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent our exchange at industry events, conferences, and in various media within Vietnam. Your ability to articulate our value proposition and vision in both English and Vietnamese will be critical in establishing us as a leader in the space.

Qualifications

• Possesses a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, particularly in the context of derivatives trading, with a focus on the Vietnam market.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and engaging with influencers or key opinion leaders, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector.
• Has previous experience working with crypto exchanges, with a strong understanding of local crypto regulations in Vietnam.
• Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape.
• Shows a strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex products and market dynamics.
• Is comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
