Responsibilities:

-Assist lawyers and legal team in a variety of administrative tasks
-Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and subpoenas
-Organize and maintain legal files and documents
-Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
-Handle client communication and maintain positive client relationships
-Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal cases
-Coordinate and monitor the progress of legal proceedings
-Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years experience working in a law firm or legal department as a legal secretary
-Familiarity with legal research databases
-Experience in compiling documentation such as Non-Disclosure Agreements
-Experience with electronic filing systems
-Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
-Proficient in MS Office and legal document management software
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
-Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
-Experience/Understanding of the Web3 industry would be preferred but is not necessary
-Bachelor's Degree would be preferred
