Role Overview:
As our Lead Blockchain Engineer at Fun.xyz, you'll architect and drive the development of our core exchange infrastructure and blockchain systems, with a primary focus on high-performance, low-latency solutions. You'll lead technical decisions that directly impact platform reliability, transaction speed, and user experience while maintaining the highest security standards.
Technical Requirements
- Implement high-performance Solana-based solutions and smart contracts
- Lead cross-chain integration strategy and protocol improvements
- Write highly efficient Rust code for performance-critical components
- Optimize critical components for speed and performance
- Design secure smart contract systems for high transaction volumes
- Design and optimize core backend systems for high-performance operations
- Build robust testing frameworks for system reliability
- Drive initiatives autonomously from concept to deployment
- Establish technical standards across traditional and blockchain systems
- Mentor team members and build technical excellence
- Stay current with smart contract tooling and industry trends
- Production-level Rust expertise & background in Solana development
- 4+ years backend/systems development experience & familiarity with Typescript, Go, AWS
- Experience building distributed systems at scale
- Experience with DeFi protocols and cross-chain technologies
- Experience with API development and integration
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relentless executors who ship quality code
