Threshold is the first ever on-chain merge between two existing networks and communities, Keep and NuCypher. Threshold provides a suite of threshold cryptography services that power user sovereignty on the blockchain.
About the Role:
The Keep team is building tBTC, the first fully decentralized bridge between Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Keep and tBTC are projects founded by Thesis*, the studio behind Fold, Taho!, and Saddle. We are a collaborative, fully remote team, and distributed across the globe.
tBTC provides Bitcoin holders secure and open access to the broader cryptoeconomy. tBTC is an open source, decentralized Bitcoin-Ethereum bridge built on the Threshold Networkā a decentralized merger of the Keep and NuCypher networks.

The Keep team is seeking a senior growth lead, who will develop and orchestrate our growth strategy across all channels toward making tBTC the preferred Bitcoin bridge for all users in crypto.

About You:
- Youāre experienced and comfortable with owning designing, implementing, and executing a growth strategy in a start up environment. You have a strong command on the entire go-to-market stack; you have a practical arsenal of growth & marketing frameworks and know how-when to bring them to bear
- Youāre a believer in the promise of crypto and legitimately care about our ecosystemās ideals of privacy, transparency, user empowerment, creativity, and experimentation. Ideally, this means youāve also been actively involved in the space for 2+ yearsāeither full-time, or as an active user and community member of projects in the space
- Youāre a seasoned, storied early stage operator whoās equally comfortable working on top-level, multi-year strategy and rolling up your sleeves and executing on this monthās top priority. You love creative, āblue skyā thinking and get energy from experimenting with new ideas and gambits. At the same time, youāre self-directed and scrappy and know how to make pragmatic decisions that balance near-term and long-term goals
What Youāll Do:
- Work with Keepās Project Lead to define and execute overall growth strategy and set top-level growth targets, KPIs, model growth, and own go-to-market goals
- Collaborate with the greater Keep team to lead the execution of campaigns and initiatives to activate community and build, sustain, and grow momentum
- Source, incept, and prioritize creative growth ideas and run experiments across channels to continuously improve toward most impactful paths to growth
- Keep a detailed pulse of the crypto market and channel the voice of partners and competitor narratives as input for the product team to inform roadmap and priorities
- Collaborate openly with the Threshold DAO and the community leaders to harness the power of our 100K+ community and user base to amplify our efforts
- Manage external resources to exercise oversight over Keepās brand voice, DeFi presence, content strategy, social media engagement, and PR efforts
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a growth or marketing leader, with a portfolio demonstrating track record of success and learnings
- 2+ years in crypto/web3 professionally and as a user. Experience with Bitcoin-native communities is a major plus
- Early stage, āzero to oneā stage startup experience
- Experience working in a remote work environment
- Exceptional, high-empathy communication skills, both written and spoken
- Previous experience managing a small team of at least 1-2 individuals
