  • Undertake market research and analyze the results in order to better understand the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our mission.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications
  • A deep understanding of how web3 and open source communities develop.
  • Servant leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Data driven, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
