Polymarket is looking for a creative, analytical Growth Marketer to join our NYC team. This role is suited to an ambitious person who believes in decentralized markets and wants to build the relationships with creators, traders & developers.
What you'll do
- Build a growth machine. You’ll experiment, iterate and measure growth campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ship experiments. You’ll build landing pages, ad campaigns, dashboards, email sequences, and whatever else is needed to grow.
- Create content. You’ll write blog posts, make memes, do technical writing, and create content for social platforms.
- Run queries. You’ll track growth metrics across organic and paid channels, measure whats working and scale it.
- Collaborate with engineers. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to learn the technical elements of the product and communicate the roadmap to users.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Dune + SQL
- Proficiency in growth marketing channels (ex., Telegram, SEO, Discord, Email, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- (Plus) Experience in the fintech or web3
