About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Growth head to help bring GetRabbit’s mission to life and share our vision with the world. In this role, you’ll take charge of all marketing efforts, from crafting and executing a compelling brand narrative to executing innovative campaigns that drive awareness, user engagement, and adoption. You’ll own content creation, manage channels, and forge impactful partnerships, ensuring our voice resonates across the global crypto and DeFi landscape.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in growth marketing and an intimate understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the web3 space.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning for GetRabbit.
- Campaign Execution: Design and execute innovative campaigns across all channels to drive awareness, user engagement, and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and community teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
- Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with partners, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and influencers to amplify campaign impact.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies and manage channels like Twitter and Discord to grow our following and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar, producing high-quality, engaging, and humorous material to captivate our audience.
- Community Growth: Recruit and collaborate with influencers and community leaders to foster user engagement and growth.
Key Qualifications
- Meme Lord on Twitter or 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing, with a strong understanding of the web3 and crypto landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills in English to have ability to poke fun.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of showing a little degen side while working in a remote environment.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Flexible and able to work across global time zones.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and embracing change.
Bonus Points
- Multilingual and Mulitchain: Proficiency in additional languages is a big plus.
- Experience with DeFi, trading platforms, or crypto applications.
- A sense of humor and creativity that can bring a fresh perspective to our content.
