About Noble Noble is purpose built infrastructure for stablecoin issuance. Responsibilities We are seeking a North America-based Chief of Staff/COO to work directly with our CEO and CFO to drive Noble’s strategic priorities forward. In this role, you will increase the speed and velocity at which Noble scales. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the crypto landscape deeply and can operate with autonomy and speed.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Own and facilitate quarterly L-10 planning, ensuring alignment across the organization
Translate high-level objectives into operational plans, check-ins, and executive frameworks, ensuring action plans and feedback loops Identify roadblocks early, propose solutions without needing perfect information, and keep the org moving forward on what matters most
Track and monitor goals/roadmaps to ensure alignment with Noble’s mission and strategy Collaborate with Product to enhance existing product offerings (eg. USDN, vault mechanics) and develop new offerings that meet market demands, while ensuring alignment with business goals Maintain deep knowledge of the modular blockchain ecosystem, monitoring launches, integrations, token models, and community sentiment
Executive Support and Communication
Serve as the main point of contact between the leadership team and external stakeholders (investors, advisors, ecosystem partners) Own meeting prep, follow-ups, and decision-making support Streamline leadership workflows and optimize executive decision-making processes Represent the Leadership Team in meetings, negotiations, or external engagements where strategic support is needed
Cross-Functional Leadership and Project Management
Act as the connection between Product, Engineering, Ops, BD, and Marketing, ensuring accountability without micromanaging Partner with Ops to define, monitor, and report on team-level KPIs Align leadership around conflicting priorities, clarify decision ownership, and drive a path to resolution
Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
Take full ownership of high priority projects that don’t sit cleanly within one department
Strategic ecosystem partnerships (wallets, CEXs, etc.) Token-related planning Go-To-Market launches and campaign readiness with Product & Marketing
Jump into ambiguous areas (e.g. AppLayer integrations, USDN integrations, fundraises, regional expansions) and build from 0 → 1 Ensure every special project has a clear timeline, owner, and internal accountability Operate as a trusted partner to the leadership team on sensitive or confidential initiatives (e.g. investment rounds, corporate structuring, new product lines)
Requirements
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, cross functional environment; crypto-native experience required A track record of driving strategy, execution, and team alignment in a high-growth startup Deep expertise in blockchain technologies, especially stablecoins and DeFi Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable interfacing with technical, product, and external stakeholders Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus. Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized
