Executive Crypto Jobs

An up and coming online investment management firm is looking for a Head of Operations to join their quickly expanding team. The firm is the first fund to be focused in the metaverse and are therefore the leading firm in the space. The role will be working closely with the CEO & COO on all aspects of the business to ensure smooth fund operations. Some general responsibilities include but are not limited to, budgeting reports, fund audits, trade processing, AML/KYC checks, compliance reports, (etc). A successful candidate in this position will have an operations & accounting background in the hedge fund/venture capital space. They must also have an interest to work in the crypto space.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
• Oversee the daily operations of the company
• Be the key reporting line for Finance & operation, IT and HR functions
• Review, streamline and improve the current operation process

Qualifications:

• Operational and industry knowledge
• Accounting education or CPA preferred
• Work experience at a hedge fund or VC fund in an ops role
• Interest in the crypto space
