Tasks
- Advise business heads on managing and mitigating compliance- and regulatory-related risks
- Draft, review and amend complex legal documents and commercial contracts
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Supervise legal housekeeping and governance
- Advise on commercial and corporate laws
Requirements
- Masterâs degree in law
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven experience in regulatory matters
- Fundamental interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain (DLT)
- At least 5 yearsâ of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
