Responsibilities:
- Product management and cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders to set up SOPs for better user experience
- Design new tools from the business side according to existing and potential demands
- Coordinate with teams and resources to roll out global products
- Regularly follow market and competitive intelligence in order to provide an insights from product, marketing and operation perspectives
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven success in product management of user operation
- Strong understanding of user growth and user lifecycle, as well as different operation tools/software
- User-focused, data driven and analytical
- Ability to accurately understand and analyse requirements
- Proven design capabilities and implementation skills with proven track record in delivery quality
- At least professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal/communication)
