About the role:
We’re looking for a creative, community-orientated individual to join our team. In this role, you will have a large impact to the Injective community, helping to build and foster global community growth through content marketing. Working as a core member of the marketing team, you will have hands-on experience bringing partner collaborations and product launches to life and will get first-hand knowledge on running integrated campaigns. As an early team member, you will help grow the Injective Labs brand and tone to help set its visibility and leadership within DeFi.
Responsibilities:

• Develop Injective Labs’ social media marketing strategy in collaboration with our marketing team
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging daily and weekly content across multiple platforms
• Monitor web traffic metrics, delivering results on regular basis
• Work with external writers, content producers and community moderators to facilitate content creation that will include, but is not limited to, blogs, email newsletters, and how to videos
• Engage with the social media community as ambassador, evangelist, and educator
• Manage Injective community and community moderators
• Generate, analyze, and share reports on social media growth and engagement
• Manage social media budgets where applicable
  
  

Who you are:

• Social media guru with a deep interest in all things crypto
• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably for a cryptocurrency or blockchain-based startup
• Personal or professional experience in Web3, DeFi, NFTs, DAO and marketplaces
• Energised by working in fast paced, start-up environment
• Hands on experience in content management across multiple platforms including Discord, Telegram and Twitter
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
