The Role
- The social media, community, and all around Web3 manager is responsible for engaging and growing Kyroâs social channels, with a B2B focus, by creating and distributing social content and to immerse the company into active Web3 and crypto conversations. This isnât about growing the number of followers like in 2010, but about engaging in topical conversations with consumers, peers, and industry leadership on daily topics. Be the voice of Kyro.
- They will be part of Web3 industry conversations, support and collaborate with partners, and eventually will provide social support to a developer community.
- In addition, they will work closely with the Head of Community on separate business initiatives as part of community management and marketing.
- The person in this role will have a passion for technology as well as writing and creating content that influences, educates, and sometimes entertains. They should be a student of the latest social media trends and strategies and enjoy building community
- Maybe community is for you or maybe itâs a stepping stone to get involved in other parts of the business. Either works for us.
- Own social strategy, evolve it and make it your own.
- Plan, produce, distribute social content and analyze performance
- Create and test original social content in various formats, including video/audio clips, screenshots, charts/graphs, diagrams, tweetstorms, etc
- Work with internal and external teams to design social campaigns in support of key announcements or content drops
- Measure weekly channel and post performance, sharing insights and learnings
Minimum Qualifications
- Hunger for knowledge / intellectually curious
- Self-starter, strong collaborator, and effective communicator
- Passion for Web3, crypto, NFTs, community, DAOs, fintech, or finance
- Very good judgement: knows when to push and when to play it safe
