Propine is re-inventing capital markets using blockchain technology. We’ve worked with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to become the first licensed custodian for digital assets in the world.

We are re-imagining the issuance and life cycle management of capital market products like equities, debt, structured products, and funds using blockchain technology, to reduce friction and increasing value accrual for both issuers and investors.

This role requires you to have a ‘do-whatever-it-takes’ mindset and learn to operate just outside the limit of your comfort zone. If this excites you, but also makes you a bit nervous, then you might be the right fit.

In the exciting growing phase of the company, we are looking to have on board an experienced and motivated professional to join our custody and operations team.

Job Responsibilities

· Coordinate investment execution, e.g. support account opening processes, compiling and processing onboarding documentation (KYC, CDD screening) and obtaining necessary approvals

· Monitor and manage trade allocation settlement and custodial activities of clients. Client activities includes both fiat, digital and crypto

· Reconcile investment manager trade instructions and allocation settlement

· Monitor fiat and crypto flow related to client trading and advise internal and external parties of settlement or discrepancies in a timely manner

· Conduct daily, monthly reconciliation - fees, holdings etc.

· Prepare monthly billing and invoicing

· Establish excellent working relationship and provide quality custodial service, ensuring speedy resolution to clients and counter-parties.

· Maintain accurate records within relevant systems

· Processing corporate actions of ordinary class shareholders, including coordinating and reconciling corporate action payments

Qualifications

· Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance related discipline preferred

· Minimum 2 years of investment operations, custody or fund administration experience required

· Good understanding of AML/KYC, client onboarding experience preferred

· Good understanding of crypto and digital trade would be a plus

· Fast learner, proactive in nature, strong numerical, analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent organization and time management skills, with proven ability to perform under pressure

· Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and writing skills in English
