What We’re Looking For

The AV Specialist is responsible for the finishing and servicing of AV (motion, audio, trailers, and any other assorted video assets) for Energi Core. The AV Specialist will work collaboratively with the executive, marketing, and operations teams at Energi to ensure assets are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. The AV Specialist is the point person for specs, finishing, mixing, coloring, and delivery of all AV materials coming from the Energi marketing team.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience marketing entertainment properties and in AV production
• Worked at either a studio, network, or agency environment with extensive knowledge of AV formats, deliverables, and the layers and processes behind creative marketing.
• Possesses a strong understanding of AV finishing processes and organizational skills to ensure that Energi materials are produced at a high level and at scale. Highly technical background and comfort with asset specs and needs.
• Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change the course of action quickly.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively under deadlines and fast-paced environments.
• A keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships, and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams.
• Highly collaborative creative sensibility, with the ability to be open-minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Fluent English communicator
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

• Experience working internally for a crypto organization
• An understanding of the design standards and trends in the NFT space
• An Associate’s degree or higher in Recording Arts, Video Production, or related disciplines
• Experience working for a remote team or organization
