Job Responsibilities As a Senior Brand Designer you will be a key member of the Brand Marketing Team and will be responsible for bringing creative vision to life in the form of world class visual designs. You'll be joining a team where we conceive, design, and lead the development of high-quality creative work that pushes the Crypto.com brand forward. We are looking for a designer who has a talent for transforming complex visual assignments into sophisticated, impactful, memorable design solutions. Our team is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from anywhere in the APAC and European regions. Create original, compelling designs that are on-brand, for a wide range of media and for our partnerships with F1, UFC, 76ers, PSG, Aston Martin, and the Crypto.com Arena. From ideation to implementation, you will deep-dive into exploring visual executions, and communicate design directions, decisions, and rationale to team lead. From day one, you will be brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating frequently to contribute to bigger-picture objectives. Maintain a consistent brand image while proactively evolving our brands visual language.
Communicate between various teams internally, and partners and vendors externally. Job Requirement BachelorÕs degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or Fine Arts preferred. 7+ years of experience working in a creative agency, design studio, or independently. A visual creator at heart with great design aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to captivate an audience visually. A strong portfolio showcasing your production skills and the ability to be highly creative. Excellent experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic software. The ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously. A fast learner with a Òget things doneÓ attitude. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders. Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities. Experience with photography, illustration, retouching or 3D rendering is an advantage. A genuine passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus.
