Pixelynx is a new music and gaming venture that has been launched by deadmau5 and Richie Hawtin. We are building a music metaverse that makes it easy for any artist, label or events to launch their own interactive experiences and monetise them through Digital Collectables (NFTs)

Pixelynx is looking for a Personal Brand and Socials Coordinator to develop and curate engaging content for the CEO’s personal social media platforms to dial in his image as a virtual artist and music producer. You will be responsible for the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content, including articles, posts and updates. You may also travel to attend events and produce live social media content. You will maintain a unified brand voice and represent the CEO across their different personal social media channels and oversee any aspect of marketing to cover personal brand both within and outside of Pixelynx.

This role is remote and open to freelancers, however the ideal candidate will be based in the Los Angeles area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Representing the voice of the Pixelynx CEO through their personal social media channels
  • Work with the wider Pixelynx family to represent the whole Pixelynx brand through the voice of the CEO
  • Create and manage a content calendar
  • Daily posting of social media content representing the voice of the CEO
  • Observe and report most important communication KPIs and grow social media metrics
  • Work with designers and asset creators to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Work with influencers and other items related to communications on social media
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Maintain expert knowledge on the web3 space and new trends, especially related to music, technology and gaming
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant brand building experience connected to cultural projects within music, art and technology
  • You have examples of significantly growing engagement across either your own social media channels or personal channels you have managed
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience within Music, Gaming, Blockchain, Crypto and DAO’s
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other top social media platforms
  • You have a strong understanding of social media KPIs and social media analytics
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Creative and flexible thinker with ability to quickly problem-solve
  • You have strong copywriting skills
  • Great time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
  • You are passionate about what you do and about working on awesome projects that you can be proud of
