Our Technical Recruiter will be responsible for discovering and engaging with top talent in a way that helps us scale rapidly. As a People Team, we are responsible for building and modifying our employee brand as we grow. We fuel Candy’s success by sourcing the best candidates for roles company wide. You will play a leading role in creating the best candidate experience. You will be part of a trustworthy, driven and dependable team. - Be responsible for engaging candidates on a daily basis and introducing them to Candy.
- Be responsible keeping up with candidate in pipeline process.
- Meet daily with Recruiting Coordinator and Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, share knowledge and practices with Talent Acquisition and other departments to source best candidates for each role.
- Source and recruit candidate with our best sourcing techniques.
- Target new candidates using our market research and sourcing programs.
- Facilitate positive candidate experience through strong messaging and communication.
