Job Title: Marketing Lead

Elwood provides market infrastructure at scale, enabling financial institutions, neobanks, and corporations to access digital asset markets quickly and efficiently. Job Description Elwood is looking for an experienced marketing lead who can own and execute our go-to-market strategy across our buy-side, sell-side and lending segments. The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of an effective marketing strategy, focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.    This role will be responsible for setting up tracking systems (hubspot, UTM), managing the editorial calendar and coordinating production workflows across Product, Sales, GCD and compliance.  Key duties of the role will include:

Implement the global marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals which includes ownership of the Company website and social media accounts, digital marketing, advertising and communications Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer growth and retention. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth ensuring campaigns are adapted to meet the specific needs of localised markets.  Drive systematic nurture programmes, account-based marketing campaigns, conference/panels and content distribution campaigns consistently growing audiences across all marketing platforms including the use of SEO.  Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand their needs, provide them with tailored marketing efforts  and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business  objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies. Studying consumer behavior to identify market opportunities  Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholder Developing strategies to enhance the company's brand  Work closely with the Legal and Compliance Team to ensure understanding and compliance of marketing materials and content in a FCA regulated environment

Essential Skills and Experience 

Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing lead role including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing Experience in trading/portfolio management solutions is highly desirable Proficiency in digital marketing and automation  tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting KPIs Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing within a start up/scale up environment Proven experience of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing. Excellent communication skills Experience working across multiple market regions  Ability to attend regular external events
