In this hybrid role blending account management and project execution, you'll be the bridge between our internal teams and external clients—driving successful deployments, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional performance and retention.

We're looking for a crypto-fluent Strategic Account Manager. You'll work alongside our SVP of Business Development to support high-value crypto partners—from pre-sale calls through onboarding, customer success, and long-term growth.

This is not a product, engineering, or sales role. You'll be the relationship lead and operational quarterback—confidently explaining our platform to crypto-savvy clients, supporting deployment, and ensuring account success over time.

💡 If you've ever been "the translator" between tech, product, and external partners—this role was built for you.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Launch Support: Manage the end-to-end deployment of white-label crypto platforms, including API integrations, hosted page builds, and internal launch timelines.

Project & Workflow Management: Track deliverables across multiple stakeholders, ensuring launch and campaign timelines are met.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing proactive communication, support, and strategic recommendations to grow account value.

Performance Monitoring & Insights: Analyze account performance metrics and content fulfillment, providing actionable insights and recommending new experiences to maximize engagement and investment.

Data QA & Reporting: QA client dashboards and support custom reporting needs with accurate, insightful data analysis.

Profitability Oversight: Monitor and review account profitability, ensuring performance aligns with internal benchmarks.

Industry Knowledge & Relevance: Understand trends in crypto, banking, card networks, and retailers to engage meaningfully with client priorities.

Event Support: Coordinate and curate partner-related events and activations as needed (e.g., Private Networking Club events).

Requirements

Required:

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management or project/account coordination, ideally in a startup, fintech, or crypto-related environment
  • Experience launching technical products or platforms, including API or SaaS deployments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of client relationship success
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and deliver performance insights
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Crypto-native or strong working knowledge of the crypto/web3 ecosystem

Bonus/Preferred:

  • Bonus: Familiarity with card issuing, payment networks, or loyalty/rewards programs

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Work From Home
  • Wellness Resources
  • Stock Option Plan
