This role will contribute across Institutional Sales, Client Service, and broader distribution strategy, with a focus on improving how the team operates, engages clients, and uses data to drive commercial outcomes. The intern will work across systems, reporting, and client preparation to help scale a high-performing distribution platform. Responsibilities:Â
Support sales enablement and distribution infrastructure by improving CRM data quality, pipeline visibility, and overall usability of client information. Assist in building and enhancing reporting across distribution, including sales activity, pipeline tracking, and client engagement metrics. Analyze data to surface trends and insights that inform client coverage and sales strategy. Partner with Institutional Sales and Client Service teams to support client preparation, including research, briefing materials, and meeting support. Contribute to the development of internal and external materials, including presentations and client-facing content. Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and related systems, including reporting, data integrity, and user workflows. Assist with broader distribution initiatives and projects as needed. Â
Prior Experience/Requirements:Â
Currently enrolled undergraduate (rising junior or senior preferred). Strong attention to detail and willingness to work with data and systems.
