The Role
Monad Foundation is looking for someone to join us in Workplace Operations to own the day-to-day experience of our NYC office and support key moments across the employee lifecycle. This person ensures our physical workplace runs smoothly, our team feels supported, and in-office logistics are seamless for employees, candidates, and visitors alike.
You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, IT, and the broader Operations team, serving as a central connector across workplace logistics, employee experience, and office coordination. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a natural “host mentality” - you are often the person who makes things feel thoughtful, smooth, and well taken care of. We’re looking for someone highly proactive and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can confidently manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
The office is in Flatiron, Manhattan, NYC. This is for an on-site (5 days/week in office) role.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or similar operational roles
Proficient in workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
Strong time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working on-site and handling in-person logistics daily
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with both internal teams and external vendors
Based in NYC and able to work from the office 5 days per week
What You Will Do
You’ll own aspects of the day-to-day experience and operations of our NYC workplace, while also supporting cross-departmental initiatives that enhance how our global team works together.
Office & Vendor Operations
Help maintain a functional, well-run office environment through vendor coordination and workplace logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors, including cleaning services and maintenance providers
Coordinate ad hoc office repairs and facilities-related needs
Manage office supply, kitchen, and amenities ordering to keep the workplace stocked and functional
Support general workplace logistics to ensure a smooth and comfortable office environment
Workplace Experience & Employee Support
Support a thoughtful and well-run in-office experience for employees.
Coordinate in-office employee visits, including desk assignments and access setup
Maintain the NYC office and workplace operations calendars and support general workplace and internal ops team documentation
Help manage culture and appreciation moments, including birthday gifts and small team experiences
Coordinate recurring in-office experiences such as monthly team lunches and other employee-focused moments
Assist with occasional outbound shipments and other in-office logistics
Recruiting & Candidate Experience
Partner with Recruiting to help create a seamless and welcoming in-person candidate experience.
Support logistics for on-site interviews
Welcome candidates to the office and help ensure a professional, friendly, and well-organized interview day
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the office is ready for both everyday work and special initiatives.
Collaborate with IT on conference room and in-office technology readiness (IT owns systems; you help ensure spaces are prepared and usable)
Partner with the broader Operations and leadership team to continuously improve employee experience and company operations
Support the Ecosystem team with logistics for in-office events
Salary and Benefits
Minimum full-time salary of $120,000 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; a final offer amount may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, domain expertise, and geographic location).
