We are looking for a Product Owner (Social Trading) who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Product team, which defines the overall product strategy and vision of WOO X. As the Product Owner for Social Trading, you will be responsible for the continued growth and success of our Social Trading product. What you’ll be working on:
- Product Strategy & Vision. Leading the development and execution of the product roadmap for Social Trading, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market needs.
- Business Metrics Ownership. Defining, monitoring, and driving key business metrics for the Social Trading product, such as user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features and functionality, with a user-focused approach.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence. Conducting regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and trends in social trading and adapt the product strategy as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Serving as a bridge between internal stakeholders, articulating product goals and updates, and gathering feedback to improve the product continuously.
- User Advocacy. Understanding and advocating for the needs of our users, ensuring that our Social Trading product offers a seamless, engaging, and valuable experience.
- Performance Optimization. Continuously analysing product performance, running A/B tests, and utilising data to make informed decisions and optimize features and functionalities.

About you:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with experience in social trading, copy trading, or community-driven trading products within a centralized cryptocurrency exchange.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively across regions and teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving product KPIs and business outcomes, with a strong ability to leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of revenue models, monetization strategies, and growth levers specific to crypto and social trading platforms.
- Solid technical knowledge to work effectively with engineers and translate complex concepts into clear requirements.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and experience in A/B testing, user journey mapping, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a mature, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
