We are seeking a Trade Support Agent to join the AQX operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will be responsible for answering trade liquidation-related inquiries, account freeze and account closure-related inquiries, conducting order logic-related investigations, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling trade liquidation and complex trade dispute-related inquiries
- Managing escalation and follow-up of user inquiries with internal stakeholders
- Perform trade and order logic audits for our cryptocurrency exchange platform
- Manage inquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective
- Fluency in English is a must; please submit a CV or Resume in English
Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing inquiries from clients, investigating trade disputes, and bug reporting
- Fluency in English is a must
