We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager Specialist with a strong background in web3/crypto and finance. This transversal role will involve working across multiple areas, reporting directly to the CCO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales roles within the crypto industry.

It is required for the candidate to be fluent in English and to reside in London.

What you might be doing:

    • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the community.
    • SwissBorg Ambassador: Be an ambassador for SwissBorg and our products.
    • Events Production and Attendance: Take the lead in producing local community events in partnership with key stakeholders in the local web3 ecosystem. Ensure good coordination from venue and catering providers, content co-creation with key speakers, to online promotion campaigns. Participate in local events, and major web3/crypto/blockchain conferences globally along with the SwissBorg delegation.
    • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of SwissBorg by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the web3 and financial sectors.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
    • Market Analysis: proactively identify and share trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape within the web3 and finance industries.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and results.

What you might bring:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development or sales role. Previous experience in web3/blockchain is a must.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised finance (DeFi), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including an existing network of industry contacts.
    • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with strong relationship management skills.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
    • Passion: Genuine interest in the future of finance and the role of web3 in transforming traditional financial systems.
