We are looking for a highly qualified financial leader for the Financial Manager position in our international group of companies. The key responsibility is to manage financial strategy, tax planning, treasury operations , investor relations, and financial control across multiple jurisdictions (Switzerland, Japan, Russia).
The ideal candidate is not only a leader but also a hands-on professional, ready to engage in operational processes and personally oversee their implementation. We seek an ambitious specialist who is open to development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership and Strategy:
- Performing financial management functions for entities in Switzerland, Japan, and Russia.
- Overseeing financial control, reporting, budgeting, and FP&A in collaboration with the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring tax compliance, filing tax returns, and conducting international tax planning.
- Managing treasury operations, including fiat and cryptocurrency assets, and mitigating currency risks.
Operational and Managerial Duties:
- Supervising and managing a small administrative team (3 people).
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external consulting firms.
You need to have:
- Experience in finance, accounting, and taxation in an international company.
- Professional qualification in finance/accounting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS financial reporting, and experience with international SWIFT transactions.
- Understanding of tax regulations, international tax planning, and corporate tax filing (in collaboration with consulting companies).
- Experience or willingness to work with cryptocurrency transfers between wallets.
- Hands-on approach: ability to manage while actively participating in operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling tools, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a distributed international team.

English: Full professional proficiency (required)
Japanese: A strong plus
Russian: An advantage, but not mandatory.
