A Glimpse into Your Future at WOO

WOO Data Team is actively developing several areas: product and marketing analytics, data engineering and reporting. We are currently expanding the stream of marketing analytics. Our team consists of 7 people: the Head of Data, 4 Data Analysts and 2 Data Engineers.

Our stack: MySQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, MongoDB, Airflow, Jupyter.
Work organisation and processes: Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, stand-ups, planning.

What will you be working on?

• Working in close collaboration with Growth/Marketing Managers to setup marketing campaigns and estimate campaign performance afterwards;
• Providing data insights to the stakeholders, for instance, contributing and initiating fees/staking policy changes;
• Automating routine ad-hoc requests from Marketing, Customer Success and Growth Teams to release time on more complicated and valuable analytical initiatives;
• Building dashboards in Tableau to provide data in time and increase data awareness within the company
• Handling ad-hoc requests;
• Measuring the impact of the experiments end-to-end.

• Working cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Ecosystem and Customer Success Teams.

What skills do we expect from you?

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data/Web/Marketing Analyst;
• 1+ years of crypto/trading working experience;
• SQL and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, QlikView, etc.) knowledge at an advanced level;
• Good knowledge of Python and Google Analytics;
• Understanding of product metrics, user funnel (conversion/Retention/Churn);
• Soft Skills: excellent communication skills, the ability to present results and conclusions, actively help in formulating requirements for tasks and proactively offer the best options for implementing tasks. We need a great self-driver in our team!
• A technical university background will be a great advantage;
• Nice to have: knowledge of designing A/B tests, their analysis and formulation of conclusions/recommendations based on their results.
