Lead all the Trading & Market-related initiatives at VC-backed leading, global SaaS company, Auro Digital. Co-developed with two of the leading FinTech companies ($100bn and $30bn market cap respectively) globally with the largest Crypto exchange as our strategic partner. This role will require a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the entire digital assets ecosystem including but not limited to crypto currencies, DeFi, and NFTs.The ideal candidate will have deep project management skills, excellent synthesis and communication abilities, an analytical mindset, robust problem-solving skills, a high degree of motivation, and should thrive in a fluid fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with groups across our Firm to leverage our market leading order and portfolio management SaaS product. Identify and evaluate potential partners across pre-trade, order initiation, matching and execution, OTC, clearing and settlement, custody and post-trade services and engage in vendor diligence and selection. Leverage the existing Auro Rabbit crypto strategy and help create a marketplace for crypto asset management. Architect and deploy process and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of digital assets. Follow all emerging crypto trends, providers and regulatory developments

What’s required:

• Have several years of direct experience working in the digital assets space, ideally with a crypto-native firm, consulting organization, asset manager or bank. Prior Sales & Trading experience in structured products or derivatives in the fiat space at a bulge bracket investment bank also a plus.
• Have a passion for the digital assets ecosystem and the opportunities for the new technologies, change and innovation, it provides.
• Be an excellent project manager, capable of organizing and guiding diverse project teams, and proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks
• Effectively communicate to engage with senior internal stakeholders and provide synthesized and clear recommendations to Auro Digital management
• Be a structured strategic thinker comfortable with tackling complex problems, building thorough financial and analytical models, and performing high-quality primary and secondary research
• Be inquisitive with the ability to gather and synthesize information to draw fact-based conclusions and recommendations
• Be committed to the highest ethical standards
