About the Opportunity
As the Frontend UI Component Developer, you will make effective decisions for the frontend components built by Kadena. You will be responsible for Kadenaās dApps and applications used in the component library in the correct way and build missing components for new projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and frontend/backend developers, to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and responsive UI experiences. Your expertise in frontend technologies, leadership skills, and passion for user-centric design will be instrumental in driving the success of our products.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Support the frontend components, providing implementation guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Plan, delegate, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Impact the design and development of engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements, wireframes, and mockups to create responsive and user-friendly UI designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the team's skills are current and projects are developed using industry-leading techniques.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend codebase.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
What Sets You Apart
- ReactJS
- 3+ experience in TypeScript Development
- 3+ years of experience in UI Component development
- Storybook
- It's a plus if the developer has experience with Vanilla Extract
- It's a plus if the developer has experience with Chromatic

For candidates in the United States, this role has an annual starting salary range of $130,000 - 170,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
