We are a fast-growing Web3 agency that has quickly established a strong presence in the cryptocurrency, Web3, gaming and AI sectors by working with top-tier partners. ⭐️ THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You'll be responsible for landing & managing key influencers to help promote our client's businesses across various social platforms in Web3 (X, Discord, etc).
- More specifically, identifying and engaging key influencers within the global Web3 ecosystem, especially in gaming and AI sectors.

- This includes reaching out, the back & forth, scheduling, and negotiating of deals on behalf of our clients.
- You'll coordinate KOL initiatives with our account managers & occasionally Crescendo leadership.
- Having pre-existing relationships is a huge plus.
- Ideally you'd already have a network of Web3 KOLs you either know, or intend on reaching out to.

- You'll also measure the effectiveness of the individual KOLs so we can build up a network of influencers to come back to with future clients or projects to push.
- Develop and execute creative KOL marketing strategies & social media initiatives to drive hype & awareness.
- Track performance and be in charge of reporting, providing insights on KOL campaign effectiveness across campaigns.
The power of influencers in Web3 is undeniable, but it's manual work to get each of them on board, negotiate deals, & manage the delivery of their posts, promotions, etc.
- Being a very organized person is key to this role.

The ideal person should have:
- A deep understanding of what's working currently in Web3 & Crypto (considering how fast things change).
- Existing relationships or know how to find new KOLs to reach out & establish new relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with influencers across various regions.
- Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our reach and reinforcing our position as a leading Web3 agency in the gaming and AI domains.

- Demonstrated success in managing KOL relationships across diverse international markets.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful cross-cultural influencer campaigns.
- Someone who's basically on X (Twitter) all the time & understands CT (Crypto Twitter) in & out.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from global campaign data.
