Major Venture Backed technology business at the cutting edge of Blockchain scaling is looking to hire an Operations associate with a back ground in with Finance or Legal. This is a chance to join a fast growing Venture Backed technology business at the cutting edge of Blockchain.
You will join a fast growing distributed team of 60 talented people based around the word.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide full support to the company covering operations with a focus on the finance and legal teams within the business.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with daily interaction across multiple business units
- Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested and adequately supported
- Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements
- Respond to inquiries from the founders, suppliers, partners, investors and more.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience working for a Web 3 / Crypto business
- A background in Finance or Legal would be helpful.
- A strong work ethic and a great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Self-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
- An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
