At Lobster, we’re building cutting-edge solutions to tackle one of the biggest challenges in decentralized finance: managing liquidity effectively in complex protocols like Uniswap v3 and AAVE.
Over the years, we’ve developed a product capable of executing advanced, delta-neutral strategies that minimize risks like impermanent loss while optimizing capital efficiency. Our mission is to empower liquidity providers with tools to participate in decentralized finance with confidence and control.
As we prepare for a pivotal Token Generation Event (TGE), we are focused on growing a vibrant and engaged community around our project. This is where you come in. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Brand Management Intern to help lead our content creation, branding efforts, and community engagement strategies during this exciting phase.

Vos missions
TGE Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Lobster’s Token Generation Event, driving awareness and engagement.
- Ensure consistent and professional messaging and visuals across all materials related to the TGE.
Community Growth and Engagement:
- Develop strategies to grow and engage Lobster’s community on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Leverage Web3-specific engagement tools like Zealy and Galxe to foster participation and reward community members.
- Organize and manage AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions to strengthen the connection between Lobster and its community.
Growth Marketing:
- Identify and execute innovative growth strategies to attract new users, measure success through KPIs, and adapt campaigns accordingly.
- Use gamification and reward-based systems to boost community involvement and retention.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXes), and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and community events with partners to increase Lobster’s reach.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and thought-leadership articles to communicate Lobster’s mission and solutions.
- Simplify and explain complex DeFi concepts like impermanent loss and delta-neutral strategies to make them accessible to a broader audience.
Brand Development:
- Refine and enhance Lobster’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and professional presence across all channels.
- Align branding efforts with the technical sophistication and innovation behind Lobster’s solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Marketing Tools & Platforms:

Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Web3-specific tools (e.g., Zealy, Galxe).

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, liquidity management, and tokenomics.
