Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline interview process to deliver a best in class candidate experience
- Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business as needed
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods
- Manage weekly/monthly data and metrics reporting on interview and hiring activity
About you:
- Graduating or recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree.
- Extremely organised and detail oriented.
- Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with people and getting to know them.
Time Period:
- Full/Part time interns who could start immediately are preferred (3-6 months)
