• Available to work a minimum of 3 full days per week

Your role at Finoverse

• Support the CRM Manager with the upkeep and cleaning of all our customer data

• Help create company-wide collaterals for all teams (Emails, EDMs, Sales templates, sequences, integrations, software access)

• Help create, clean u,p and organise all our HubSpot Assets (Forms, Workflows, Lists, Reports)

• Build and deploy workflow automations across teams to boost team productivity

• Build and share CRM and data Management SOPs across teams

• Participate in team meetings & contribute ideas for better data upkeeping

• Perform ad-hoc tasks delegated by the CRM manager related to the data cleanup process

Who you are

• Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Experienced in marketing and data management

• Willing to learn and deliver beyond what is expected

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Outgoing and enjoy meeting new people

• Strong administrative skills and an ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skill

• Self-motivated person to work independently and is a good team player

• Flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced and pressurized environment

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
