About The Role
As a Technical Program Manager on the Ecosystem Engineering team, you will play a key role in driving overall operational efficiency across multiple projects. From overseeing the delivery of high-quality technical content development to leading ecosystem support and outreach strategies, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Aptos developer experience. What you'll be doing:
- Leading project and program management efforts for the Developer Experience program, ensuring that all timelines are met and deliverables align with the overall program objectives.
- Regularly updating stakeholders on the program status, highlighting potential risks and dependencies.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external technical writing vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of technical content.
- Collaborating closely with release managers to ensure completion of required changes to downstream ecosystem services according to release timelines.
- Developing comprehensive community outreach strategies to promote feature adoptions and product releases.
- Soliciting feedback and insights from the community to drive continual improvements in the developer experience.
- Providing leadership with ecosystem engineering infrastructure cost analysis.
- Managing and providing technical support to high-profile ecosystem teams alongside dev-rel engineers.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management
- Experience working with startups and/or open source projects
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance processes with adaptability and creativity
- Previous experience in blockchain is a plus
The base salary range for this full-time position is $150k - $250k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles.
