The Head of Platform Products will develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for the Goodworker platform. This is an opportunity to work closely with product managers and engineers across Goodworker applications to deliver unified experiences, prioritize common core services and explore build vs buy strategies for mature components.

You will be responsible for defining and executing on the platform product strategy. You will ideally have already led teams to build successful SaaS/B2B desktop and mobile products in agile software development environments. This is a highly cross-functional role and will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, and business operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of talented product management experts, enabling high performance and removing obstacles to attainment of their objectives
• Attract and develop top talent, paving the way for the next generation of product management leaders.
• Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive aggressive user and business growth.
• Oversee PM efforts across products/teams from ideation through launch, and continuing through ongoing maintenance and support.
• Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner.
• Monitor market conditions, regulatory issues and competitive landscape to identify key issues impacting our product pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of product managers
• 8+ years product management experience delivering enterprise SaaS applications.
• Shipped highly successful self-serve products in B2B or consumer tech.
• Leadership - proven ability to set a vision, excite and lead a cross-functional engineering team.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop a team of high-performing product managers
• Ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
