The Company
I am teaming up with a fast-growing Blockchain fintech start-up looking to scale its Sales team. This U.S Web2/Web3 Fintech is looking to rapidly grow its company and change how payments are done.
Reporting to the CRO, the Business Development Director will identify leading wallets between Web2 and Web3 space.
✅ Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify the best Web2 and Web3 customers
- Secure customer commitments to take advantage of API’s
- Lead customers through initial steps of the pipeline and create the best customer onboarding experience
- Handle the closing of the API agreement with support from the Legal team
- Connect with decision makers and identify ways to enhance the customer’s business

- At least 5-7 years in business development or strategic partnerships
