About the Role: Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Cryptology, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth through innovative and strategic marketing campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in multi-channel marketing, data analysis, and customer engagement, you will help us expand our reach and optimize our marketing efforts. Reporting to senior leadership, your role will be crucial in planning, executing, and refining growth strategies across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Campaign Oversight: Lead the design, implementation, and refinement of growth initiatives across paid digital channels - paid search, telegram ads, social media, email marketing etc
• Target Campaign Audience : Identify key customer segments and craft tailored campaign messages and creative assets to effectively engage and convert customers at each stage of their journey
• Performance Analytics: Employ advanced analytics tools and attribution models to monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing insights to enhance performance and maximize ROI
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous testing and improvement by conducting A/B and multivariate tests, and other experimental approaches to uncover growth opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness
• Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure they align with business objectives and ROI targets, and regularly update senior leadership with budget forecasts and performance insights
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and integrated growth strategies that align with overall business goals
• Reporting and Insights: Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics, communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, and guide strategic decision-making
  
  

What We Look for:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors
• Experience with telegram ads channels is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and marketing attribution models to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional channels
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully executing and optimizing growth initiatives
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
