About the Opportunity
The Chain backend team is mainly responsible for OKX multi-public chain DApp and web3 infrastructure services, including abstract account wallet, oracle, Subgraph, etc. The team needs to closely deal with on-chain businesses, respond quickly, support quickly, and continuously promote the exploration and implementation of new web3 businesses and technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, select, and develop technical solutions for Web3 DApp projects
- Organize and coordinate resources, lead project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion
- Promote cross-team communication and improve team collaboration efficiency through code quality control and collaboration
- Undertake team tasks and cultivate industry technical talents
What We Look For In You:
- Have a solid Java foundation, have a deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization strategies and tuning, IO, multithreading, concurrency frameworks, common data structures, algorithms, and Design patterns. In addition, have good programming standards and rich work experience
- Familiar with mainstream open source application frameworks, such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, SpringCloud, etc.
- Familiar with commonly used Middleware, such as MQ, RPC, cache, message queue, MySQL, etc.
- Deeply understand the design principles of common caching systems such as Memcached and Redis, and be able to accurately choose caching solutions
- In-depth understanding of distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotence operations, etc.

- With innovative consciousness and exploratory spirit, strong teamwork ability
- Understanding of Web3, DApp business and technology, relevant work experience is preferred
