We're looking for a Lead Backend Engineer to:

    • Build & innovate on the backend and infra of a cutting edge Ethereum smart contract platform with brilliant PhDs and leaders in the space.
    • Work on groundbreaking tech that has the potential to be a key piece of infrastructure for the crypto industry.
    • Work with the latest technologies to; build & design performant systems, and contribute to the backend & ZK proof libraries.
    • Impact early-stage technical decisions that will shape the technical infrastructure for hypergrowth.

What you'll need:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
    • Fluency in Rust, C++, or other highly performant languages.
    • Experience deploying & working on production applications in AWS using orchestration and containerization (Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes).
    • Passion for working on challenging software projects and a keen eye for performance. 
    • Startup or founding experience within a high-performance engineering environment is preferable.
    • Experience with the low-level details of Ethereum would be an asset.
