GK8 is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the design and development of new features for our iOS and Android apps. You will ensure high performance, scalability, and user-friendly experiences while guiding the technical direction of mobile development. This position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and a passion for creating outstanding mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and execution of mobile development for iOS and Android platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications
- Drive best practices in mobile app development, including performance optimization and security
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party libraries and SDKs
- Oversee technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure the success of projects
- Work in an agile environment to meet project goals and timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
- Proven experience in Android development
- Proficiency in Kotlin
- Experience in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
- Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and solve complex development challenges
- A passion for delivering high-performing, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications
- Experience with mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools
- Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
