The Binance Accelerator Program is dedicated to early careers talents with marketing internships or 1 year professional experience.
It is a full time opportunity to work with the local and central Marketing teams at Binance for a minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing activities, ranging from performance marketing, PR, on-site and off-site marketing, brand awareness, SNS, and more
- Implement design, planning and execution of Binance KR’s annual marketing strategy, marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences
- Manage and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement
- Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing, competitive benchmarking and expansion of service offerings (e.g. new listings, etc.)
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to executive management and stakeholder teams
- Attract and manage affiliates relationships, partnerships and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth
- Drive new and unique marketing campaigns or growth activities
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in marketing
- Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing
- Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred. Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space
- Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must
- Proven experience in growing and managing a user base
- Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
- Experience in community management and events is a plus
