Role overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, display advertising, and more. The Digital Marketing Manager will also play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company’s social media profiles and presence, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the Content Marketing Specialist to promote content and generate leads. Additionally, this role will involve marketing automation, including B2B and B2C emails.

Your future work will include

    • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, display advertising, and more, to meet company goals and objectives.
    • Managing and optimising the company’s social media profiles and presence, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
    • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using various tools and platforms, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Collaborating with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and implement social media content plans that align with overall marketing and business objectives and to promote content across social media channels to generate leads and drive traffic to the company’s website.
    • Utilizing marketing automation tools and strategies to develop and execute B2B and B2C email campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes and applying this knowledge to continuously improve and optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics.

What we are looking for in candidates

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing social media profiles and presence.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and strategies, including B2B and B2C email campaigns.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
