We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a remote Head of Marketing, who will be at the forefront of growing the Synapse brand.
As you will be overseeing all marketing-related activities for Synapse, your role will combine some work you are actually doing hands-on yourself, and other components where you will delegate to team members and specialist marketing agencies/individuals. Some of the core responsibilities of a Head of Marketing at Synapse will include:
• Managing and growing our social media presence through rich content, influencer marketing, and paid advertisements
• Leading video marketing campaigns on YouTube and TikTok
• Building and distributing written content for our website, and promoting posts through PR on other channels
• Building inbound funnels and landing pages for candidates and potential clients using tools such as Unbounce
• Creating and nurturing email marketing campaigns
• Developing marketing materials for websites, emails, and sales + recruiting teams
• Working with sales, to ensure with have complementary inbound and outbound strategies.
• SEO optimization

Must Haves
• Interested in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc..) and recruitment
• 5 years + marketing for service based b2b companies.
• Deep experience with branding
• Excellent command of social growth for the business
• Expertise using free and paid tools within LinkedIn
• Experience growing video campaigns such as vlogs, podcasts, tutorial videos, etc..
• Excellent command of grammatical English
• Business-minded attitude
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to manage others and delegate tasks
