The Role:

We’re looking for an organized and creative team-player to support the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of customer acquisition and CRM initiatives across Brand, Sports and Music & Entertainment campaigns. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this candidate will draft, schedule and implement email, SMS and push notifications as well as support paid advertising planning for Autograph’s collection drops and brand moments. This candidate should be a data-driven, solution-oriented self-starter who understands and embraces the balance of art and science of marketing. In this coordinator position, the candidate will also be expected to participate in collective product marketing plan discussions across Autograph’s Brand, Sport and Music & Entertainment verticals, support creating and updating marketing decks and be willing to support the greater business as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the leadership of the Growth Marketing Lead, this candidate will own the day-to-day planning, coordination and implementation of CRM initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications for campaigns
  • Work with the Growth Marketing Lead to evaluate, analyze, and execute strategies for customer acquisition/CRM and paid campaigns to drive new user growth
  • Support the coordination and set-up of paid advertising campaigns, with focus on paid social
  • Collect and synthesize performance results for content optimization and internal reporting
  • Determine areas of opportunity to experiment and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members to coordinate the delivery, scheduling and communication of paid + CRM plans
  • Support the upkeep of all marketing project related documents, keeping necessary stakeholders up to date on important changes and deadlines
  • Exercise informed decision making across all stages of the campaign, working autonomously when appropriate to seek answers as opposed to waiting for direction
  • Professionally interact with high-profile partners and management groups when necessary
  • Communicate effectively across all company departments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of CRM marketing experience for brands, artists, influencers or media
  • Strongly preferred experience with paid advertising, including Facebook/Instagam, Twitter, TikTok and Google/YouTube
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Desire to push complex projects across the finish line under tight timelines
  • Creativity to test and learn new formats within each platform to drive new user growth
  • Example of marketing campaigns supported through the planning process
  • Proven understanding of current trends and relevant topics/themes/ideas
  • Examples of interacting with high-profile clients or partners
  • Basic understanding of creating internal marketing decks
  • Basic understanding of Google Doc suite
  • Growth-mindset; you actively seek solutions to small and large challenges
